Platform and Service Continuity

Lifetime access is contingent upon the continued operation of our course platform
In the event of platform discontinuation or business closure, we will provide 60 days notice
We may migrate content to alternative platforms or provide downloadable materials when feasible
Course access may be terminated due to platform limitations beyond our control
We reserve the right to discontinue courses with 60 days advance notice for legitimate business reasons

Course access is verified at the time of refund processing - accessing the course after submitting a refund request will result in denial
Refund eligibility is determined by our system logs at time of processing

Refund Process

Submit refund requests to support@thetchub.com within 7 days
Include the email address used for course registration and reason for refund
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
Account access is immediately revoked upon refund processing

Important Notice

Do not access the course after requesting a refund - any course access will immediately void your refund request, even if submitted before accessing the content.
